I got banned for nothing, literally minutes after spending 10 pounds on their plus subscription, and they expect me to spend 3 more pounds to get unbanned. I'm not some child saying I got banned for nothing; I did get banned for nothing.
I will be contacting their support for either a refund or unbanning, or I'm contacting my bank to cancel the purchase. Call me petty, but I ain't spending money for nothing.

Because they ban me most of the times for no real reason
I got banned on Monkey for no reason. Every time I hop on my account, I see that I'm banned.
I brought stuff on there, and it lasts for 7 days, and I can't even use it because they banned me for no reason.
One time they banned me, I had to buy coins to unban myself. Now they banned me again, and I'm not buying any more coins just to get banned again.

The worst customer service ever
You are being banned without cause or explanation, multiple times, and then required to pay money to regain access, only to be banned again. This creates a pattern that looks like unfair billing, lack of due process, and potentially deceptive or predatory business practices

Trap subscription.
Went for the free trial on a whim, app doesnt appeal to me. Spent 10 minutes trying to cancel, 20 after reading tos and finding the cancellation route thats in there is just false. Also so unprofessional and organized I cant tell if this is a complaint review or both but I will most definitely be disputing every charge if my subscription not ended.

My account has been ban for no reason
So I was on Monkey right and I showed a picture of my friend fully clothed and everything. I never showed anything inappropriate; they just flagged my account so I can't get in.
I got my 30-day subscription, and I can't get into my account.
I'm very upset that they don't appeal my account. There's gonna be some problems ASAP.
